We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders over $375. For international orders, all duties, taxes, and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Effective January 1st, 2017
We will gladly offer store credit or exchange ONLY on all items (except items marked Sale) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item(s) marked sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
If any exchange does not meet the above requirements, it will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any item due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact shop@samelosangeles.com
